BYD Han

BYD Han is a mid-size sedan from BYD Auto, which is available in both electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid (DM-i/DM-p) power versions

Model Overview 

BYD Han EV: is a pure electric vehicle equipped with BYD's own lithium iron phosphate blade battery, offering different range versions, with the longest CLTC range up to 715 kilometers. 

BYD Han DM-i: a plug-in hybrid powertrain with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor, offering different pure electric range versions and fuel consumption as low as 4.2L/100km. 

BYD Han DM-p: Also a plug-in hybrid, but with a high-performance electric motor added to the DM-i to provide stronger power output and shorten zero 100 acceleration time to 3.7 seconds.

Design and Aesthetics 

Dragon Face Design Language: The Han series adopts BYD's signature “Dragon Face” design, with an atmospheric front face and smooth lines, showcasing dynamism and luxury. 

Dimensions: The length, width and height are 4980mm/1910mm/1495mm respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 2920mm, providing spacious interior space. 

Interior: The interior is exquisite, using high-quality materials, equipped with a large center control screen, full LCD instrument panel, and a premium audio system to create a luxurious atmosphere. 

Power and Performance 

Electric Motor: The Han EV's electric motor can produce up to 180kW (approx. 245hp) and 330Nm of torque. 

Hybrid system: The plug-in hybrid systems of the Han DM-i and DM-p combine fuel economy and power performance, with the DM-p model emphasizing performance, with a combined power of up to 380kW and 700Nm of torque. 

Intelligent Technology 

DiLink Intelligent Internet Connection System: integrates navigation, multimedia, voice control and other functions to provide an intelligent and convenient car experience. 

Driver Assistance System: Equipped with a number of active safety and driver assistance functions, such as ACC Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, etc.
