Development History 

First Launch: In 1994, the first generation of the Asian Dragon was launched in the US market with a 3.0-litre V6 engine. 

Successive generations: 
First generation (1994): powered by a 3.0-litre V6 engine with 192 hp. 
Second generation (1999): continued in the U.S. market. 
Third generation (2005): continued flagship status. 
Fourth generation (2012): more modern design. 
Fifth generation (2018): based on Toyota's TNGA platform, available in hybrid and fuel versions.

Design Concept: Fifth-generation Asiatic Dragon adopts a more dynamic design language with a lower stance and a streamlined silhouette.

Powertrain configuration: 
2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 130 kW.
