BYD Qin PLUS DM-i is a compact plug-in hybrid sedan in BYD Auto's Dynasty lineup, designed to provide an energy-efficient driving experience with both practicality and comfort.

Exterior Design

Dimensions: The Qin PLUS DM-i is a standard compact sedan size, suitable for city driving and parking. 

Design Language: Adopting BYD's Dragon Face design language, the front face features a recognizable “dragon beard” grille and sharp headlamp design. 

Body Line: The streamlined body design helps to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency. 
 

Powertrain 

Plug-in Hybrid: The Qin PLUS DM-i is equipped with BYD's DM-i Super Hybrid system, which combines a 1.5L high-efficiency naturally aspirated engine with an electric motor. 

Battery Pack: Lithium Iron Phosphate blade batteries are used, a battery technology that offers higher energy density and longer service life. 

Range: the Qin PLUS DM-i is available in different versions, some of which have a pure electric range of up to 120 kilometers and fuel consumption as low as 3.8 liters per 100 kilometers under combined conditions.

Interior & Configuration

Technology configuration: The center console is equipped with a large rotating touch screen that supports smart internet systems such as navigation, multimedia playback and voice control. 

Comfort: The seats are comfortable and the space layout is reasonable, providing a good riding experience. 

Safety equipment: Qin PLUS DM-i is equipped with a number of active and passive safety features, such as merge assist, lane departure warning, road traffic sign recognition and active braking.
